How to break down your BIG goals so you CRUSH them in less time
I am going to walk you through the 9 steps to creating goals that will ensure that you CRUSH any goal you set and keeps you coming back for more.
Here are the steps that I cover in today’s video:
- Choose a desire off of your list – the one that you most want to work towards
- Think about what could be accomplished in 90 days
- Choose 2 separate “projects” that will lead you to your 90-day goal
- Choose a SPRINT for 2 weeks
- Choose specific smaller sprint activities for each of your sprints
- Execute your sprint activities DAILY
- Repeat steps 4-6 every 2 weeks
- After the 90 days, check in with your goals
- Set a new 90-day goal based on the progress you have made
